Pressed Cafe History

Pressed Cafe Inside usamenuprices

We don’t know for sure what the origin of Pressed Cafe was. But we know that two married couples were behind it.

Roi and Miri Schpindler are the masterminds behind this chain. Meanwhile, the first recorded Pressed Cafe goes back to 2007.

Eventually, it’s possible that they had a rather small restaurant somewhere in the southern New Hemisphere of Burlington.

Anyway, it’s clear that it originated in that region, and its popularity went crazy when it first arrived in Massachusetts.

It was a cafe, so many businessmen went there to have it while indulging themselves in some of their specialty dishes.

Anyone who tasted their item felt something different. It wasn’t bland like any other; instead, it tasted good.

Meanwhile, it took less than 5 minutes to arrive at their table, which usually meant it was either reheated or not fresh.

But Pressed Cafe proved that theory wrong by serving fresh dishes each time without compromising quality or taste.

That’s when it got the attention of journalists from across the country, and their popularity started booming like crazy.

In a recent interview, both married couples explained why it’s fast food but not fast food. Because in fast food stores, you are usually getting cheap ingredients.

It can be cold and reheated, which leads to less attention to detail. It can cause all kinds of problems if all you are eating is fast food while the food is mediocre.

That’s where Pressed Cafe comes into play. They make fast food, but it’s a more full dining experience than a fast food one.

Each plate gets their undivided attention, and they are crazy about it. There are some family dishes too, which makes them feel like serving their offspring instead of strangers.

Pressed Cafe Review

After hearing all that, we just had to try it. So we looked online for a “Pressed Cafe menu with prices” and found one nearest to us.

Without wasting any more time, our crew rushed there and started scrambling the pressed cafe menu. Surprisingly, most of the items were new to us.

Like Pressed Vegetable Pad Thai Bowl, for example. It was the daily special, and surprisingly, it was more like spaghetti with salads.

It included traditional pad Thai noodles, sauteed broccoli, pineapple, green and red peppers, summer squash, zucchini, baby spinach, and onions.

The cherry on top was the Housemaid Peanut Butter Pad Thai Sauce. It was sweet, a bit spicy, and felt right in with the full dish.

It had a lot of veggies like broccoli, spinach, onions, etc. This meant there was no need to order a separate plate of salad anymore.

Meanwhile, the noodle was an unusual addition, but still, it did not feel out of place. Anyway, it was more like a taste tester for us.

Now it was time for some Eggplant Chicken Parm Panini. Panini means a sandwich made like an Italian dish.

This bad boy had herb-marinated grilled chicken, grilled, lightly brewed eggplant, fresh mozzarella, and basil pesto.

Along with Roasted Red Pepper Marinara and Parmesan Cheese Pressed on a Ciabatta. How can eggplant taste so good?

That was the actual reaction of one of your crew members. Adding eggplant to a sandwich was a bold move. Meanwhile, the chicken breast made sure about the way it tasted.

It was indeed a heavenly bite. Again, nothing felt out of place, and each ingredient had its charm.

Final Thoughts

Pressed Cafe surprised us with its quality. No wonder it’s always jam-packed. Anyway, there was nothing to complain about.

Maybe their past is a mystery to us. But in the end, that has little to do with their dish. Their motivation came from their homemade dish.

Meanwhile, their brilliant minds made sure that they dominated this fast casual category with their well-curated Pressed Cafe menu.

Like their ribs, it’s marinated for 5–6 hours and then served at our tables in just 5–6 minutes. It is truly a fascinating idea.

Also, most of their sauces are made from scratch, like tomato sauce. It smelt so good, and probably that’s why each dish with this had a better taste.

The same goes for all the other seasonings. They were hand-picked, and all of their dishes spit professionalism. So, what are you waiting for?
